Ingredients:

  • 3 Mustard Rub
  • David’s Steak Rub
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic
  • Herbes de Provence
  • Potatoes

Instructions:

  1. Start by spreading a 3-Mustard rub & David’s Steak Rub liberally on the outside of a roast. Coat the potatoes with olive oil, garlic and herbes de Provence. Place the roast on top of the potatoes and roast for about 90min at 400-500 degrees.
